Our work days are often long, hard, and exhausting. Still, we try to stop and appreciate a picturesque moment. Here's a photograph taken after another tough day showing how the changing light can add beauty to our headquarters building in Bloomfield. 

In 2015 SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield made great strides in customer service, training, and sales. At the annual corporate meeting, we were among the few of the 1,800 franchises to be recognized with the Founder's Bronz Award.

Last year SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield was honored to receive the SERVPRO Founder's Gold Award for outstanding 2016 revenue performance.  SERVPRO thanks all of the homeowners and businesses for choosing SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield.

SERVPRO Industries, Inc. presented Neomi and Ralph DiCristofaro, owners of SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield the 2015 C.E.O. Award. C.E.O. stands for Creating an Excellent Organization. The award recognizes SERVPRO franchises that have an outstanding work environment. “Neomi and I are honored to receive this prestigious award,” said Ralph DiCristofaro. “We’re proud of the people who work here. They focus on customer service and always rise to the occasion when we have a major natural disaster to deal with.” The DiCristofaros give the credit for the franchise’s success to the hard-working and dedicated team of employees they work with. In 2017 SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield became one of the top 100 franchises in SERVPRO’s national network of more than 1800 franchises.   

There were many reasons for SERVPRO of Bloomfield/Enfield to move in 2016. Thanks to our customers, our business had vastly outgrown the old headquarters and warehouse. The current warehouse is five times bigger than our old warehouse. Moving from a 10,000 square foot warehouse to the 53,000 square foot warehouse has enabled us to serve more people, have more disaster equipment on site, and expand our services. Office space is also much enlarged so we have more employees and crews to respond to cleanup and restoration needs. We’re more ready than even to respond to your natural disaster and restore your property “Like it never even happened.”
